How often do you say or think, “I hope this new blog post brings in some new readers”?
Now, how often do you say or think, “I hope this new blog post helps and inspires my current readers”?
It was Sid Savara who first got me thinking about this. He wrote an excellent guest post on Michael Martine’s Remarkablogger, titled, What’s Your Blogging Creed?. In the post, as a part of his blogging creed, Sid says:
“I will write for those few people who come across my site, are truly moved by something I wrote and improve their lives.”

I’ve been meaning to write about this for so long that it’s just not funny anymore. So, here we are. Finally.
Jack Sinclair is the son of a good friend of mine, Brendon Sinclair of Tailored Consulting. Not too long ago, Jack was watching the now very famous TV series, “Long Way Round“, the documentary of the motorcycle trip across the world from London to New York by actor Ewan MacGregor and his mate Charley Boorman.
Jack loved the show, and as kids do, said… “We should do that across Australia, Dad.”

This month is the International Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Breast cancer is the most common cancer in the UK and almost 46,000 new cases are diagnosed every year.
Sadly one in nine women will develop breast cancer at some point in their lives and more than 12,300 women in the UK still die of breast cancer each year. Men can also get breast cancer but it is rare (around 300 cases are diagnosed each year).

I’ve compiled this list of seven of my favourite motivational videos. There are many inspirational videos around the Internet, but I tried to keep this list to just the best of the best. The ones that truly move me.
Each of these videos makes me smile, cry, laugh or think. They are in order from my favourite to least favourite, but all should give you a good boost in the right direction.
If any of these videos get removed, please contact me so I can fix them. I don’t bite. Promise.
