I’ve compiled this list, of what appears to be the largest list of its kind anywhere on the Internet, from my own personal collection of songs and also that of other song lists around the Internet. I’ve tested each and every song for motivational-itus (a word), and as such all 58 have my personal “Get off ya ass and be amazing” approval. They will inspire, motivate and ass kick like no other playlist. Guaranteed.

Motivational Videos - You may also like my seven motivational videos.

If any of these videos get removed, as YouTube videos often do, please contact me so I can fix them. I don’t bite. Promise.

The List (Click to open the song). Don’t worry, you won’t leave my site when you click these links. They’re on seperate pages because I couldn’t put 58 YouTube videos on one page without crashing the Internets. :)

Music is key sometimes. Problem with me is that I don’t find myself motivated by the same old songs time and again. After a while I lose interest in all but my absolute favorites. I’m a new music addict.

Hey Michael,

Thanks for the comment.

I’m completely the same. Most songs get boring after a while. I have maybe 5-10 songs that never seem to get boring. And most of those are on this list. :)

Yay for song lists! I love compiling song lists as well. It’s one of my nerdy habits. My fave song on your list is The Prayer by Anderea & Celine. I think I actually listen to it a dozen times a day. It’s just that when they sing “let this be your prayer, just like every child” my heart swells. Every. Single. Time.

Let the sentiment and nostalgia begin. :)

It’s amazing how music can affect the psyche like it does. Sports teams use it to amp up their players and fans, dentists use it to calm the nerves, etc.

Your list isn’t necessarily “my” type of music, but that’s the beauty of it. We are all affected in different ways by the same songs.

B. Durant’s last blog post..Vigilante injustice is alive and “well” in these here United States

My fav, especially if I’m working in the server room alone or when I am at my desk working alone is “The Chase” by Giorgio Moroder. Nothing gets my pulse pumping like this tune.

Hey Christine,

Thanks for the comment.

I can’t say I’ve ever listened to those songs (at least, I don’t think I have).

I’ll have a listen today though. Thanks!

Jamie

Hey,
Whaddaya know. I’m just compiling me some inspirational/motivational songs. For some time now, these songs have been my favourites from a huge huge collection of music. Guess I’m growing older or what…
Anyway, here are a few of my all-time favourites.

John Farnham- You’re the voice
RyanDan- High (the lyrics will blow your mind)
Garth Brooks- We shall be free
Richard Marx- Miracle
Nickelback- If everyone cared
Savage Garden- Affirmation

Pace, love,
Krisz

Krisztinas last blog post..“Eli Stone” cancelled…
