Hey Monika,

I wouldn’t say I was switched on. I’d just say it was an easy way for me to get out of doing my schoolwork.

I would absolutely love to meet up for coffee. As I was just telling Andrew further up the comments, after spending a week in Sydney when I land, I’ll be travelling up the East coast from Sydney to Cairns on the Oz Experience bus, stopping off wherever I feel like stopping. So the Capricorn Coast is a place I’ll certainly be visiting and no doubt stopping off at.

I’m noting down names of all the people who have offered to meet me on my way around the sunburnt country. I’ve just added your name to my ever growing list, so I’ll be sure to get in touch closer to the time.

Oh, we’ll be stopping along the way. Three nights on Fraser Island. Three days at surf camp etc. The bus allows you to stop wherever you feel like stopping, and then jump back on at specific points. The ticket is valid for six months so you can hop on and hop off for a full six months, making your way up the coast as you go.

Hey Jamie,

Your story is very inspiring. I wish I was switched on like you at 14. LOL. I know you will have a fab time while traveling in Oz. After all, I made it my home after migrating from cold Europe ten years ago.
