Breaks are very healthy! Yet when you can count your breaks in minutes, I think you're due for a nice vacation! Loner or not! (Yeah Tyler, I'm talkin' about you buddy!)

I don't generally plan ahead for time off. If I have someone call up and ask if I want to do something, I think about what I have to do. Usually I decline, but occasionally I'll go out. My personality is more of a loner than being social. It's the way I have been for a few years.

Short breaks. Don't get me started! I visit way too many forums. Not counting email, IRC, IM, the list goes on. I take way too many breaks. My goal is about a 15 minute break every time my hands begin to hurt or I get bored (coding can be very repetitive).

Oh, and did I mention I'm on a short break from finishing up my install? Short breaks sure do sometime hit the spot!

I have to admit now, that after a short camp with the cubs or something, yes I get home tired but the few days afterwards I always end up getting things i've been trying to do for ages done.

So If your interested in getting more work done, visit www.scouts.org.uk and sign up ;) (nothing like a publicity opportunity ;))
