Yesterday, Darren at ProBlogger published two reasons to subscribe to your own RSS feeds.
I fully agree with Darren’s advice that you should subscribe to your own feed, but I want to add that you should also subscribe to your feed via email.
Your posts often appear in a different format for email subscribers, so you need to make sure your posts are accommodating those subscribers just as well as you’re accommodating the more traditional RSS reader.
Look after all your readers by subscribing to your own feed via email, as well as in a traditional RSS reader.

I often come across small things that need noting but are not worthy of a detailed blog post. As a result, I introduce my Quick Tip series.
Quick tips will be short posts noting things that can potentially make a big difference to your online marketing and blogging efforts, but are not so significant that a detailed blog post can or should be written.
Don’t worry, you’re not going to be ducking for cover past piles of quick tips. I imagine I’ll post just one a week at the most.
