It's the definition of insanity - doing the same thing over and over again. Hopefully he could make himself feel better because he was working on a <i>different</i> Squidoo lens or a new ebook. In some ways there is huge variety in this kind of work, but in others it's immensely repetitive. As you say, the challenge is to do something different.
